The Institute for Biomedical Engineering is looking for a Hilfsassistent/Hilfsassistentin to establish a module in real time PCR for the course "Biological Methods for Engineers" 227-0949-00L. Tasks will be to establish a simple comparative gene expression experiment, run standard curves, and write the protocol. The student will work ca. 10 hrs/wk during the Spring semester 2009 and should have previous experience with real-time PCR.
